- registered with the traffic police of the Russian Federation;
-imported from the countries of the Customs Union (Belarus, Kazakhstan, Armenia and Kyrgyzstan);
- imported from other countries other than the countries of the Customs Union (with the registration of SBKTS).

Now you can contact our offices at three addresses in Yekaterinburg and Berezovsky, depending on your location, to issue an electronic vehicle passport (EPTS) and receive other services.
Procedure for registration of EPTS:
- Provide the vehicle for inspection (necessarily in its pure form);
- Fill out an application for registration of EPTS;
Provide the main set of documents:
- Identity document
- A document confirming the ownership of the vehicle
- Certificate of registration or PTS
- Make a payment.
