The quality management system (QMS) is a system created by the company for permanent policy and quality objectives and to achieve those goals.
Pure QMS is a permanent job with the rules in all spheres of life of the company, which allows you to:

- To increase the competitiveness;
- To reduce costs;
- To make the company customer-oriented.
It should be following key elements of the QMS:
- The document in which it is necessary to formulate the goals and objectives of the QMS, and guidelines for achieving them (Policies).
- A system of interrelated and complementary processes (quality Manual).
- Normative documents that describe and govern the business processes within the QMS (Instruction).
- Effective mechanism for the implementation of the requirement, regulated by the regulatory framework.
- Trained staff.
When implementing a QMS comes a new vision of the company. Because the company is a "living organism" and we as "doctors" fully analyzed: how? what? with whom do we work? and what to do to be better?
In "customer orientation" the main goal we set for the performance of customer requirements and striving to exceed expectations.

The interaction of employees is the most important factor for any organization to all employees are competent, empowered and engaged in creating value. In order to effectively and efficiently manage the organization, it is very important to respect and involve employees at all levels of the organization. Recognition, empowerment and promotion of skills and knowledge encourages interaction between employees to achieve the organization's objectives.
Process approach – the organization is composed of interrelated processes. Understanding how this system produces results, allows the organization to optimize the system performance.
Decision-making can be a complex process, because decisions are based on the analysis and evaluation of information and data are more likely to create the desired results.
Management of relationships necessary for sustained success of an organization through relationship management with stakeholders in order to optimize their impact on performance.
Improvement – successful organizations constantly aim to improve! The most important factor to preserve and maintain the current level of activity, quick response to changes and creation of new opportunities!
