Meeting on SPS

18 April 2017 in Yekaterinburg was held a round - table meeting on topical issues of the transport of perishable foodstuffs "of the PCA. The practice of cooperation between stakeholders." The initiators of the roundtable were of the Ural Association of the enterprises of automobile business (SRO NP "ORAPUB"), which, together with the group of companies", UCEPS at" organized a meeting of interested persons. the round table was attended by major carriers of perishable products, representatives of testing laboratories and authorized expert organization for SPS, OOO "Termogarant" Moscow, representatives of the Ural UCM (FBU "Uraltest"), the representatives from FBU "Rosavtotrans", Moscow, the certification body and testing laboratory of automotive products LLC "TsDO TS", Ekaterinburg.

For the first time in the capital of the Urals gathered all actors involved in the transport of perishable products. The event was covered practical aspects of the implementation of the ATP Agreement - exercise of the powers of the competent authority, supervision of transport, test procedures, test the effectiveness of the thermal equipment, the procedure for the issue of ATP certificates, ensuring the uniformity of measurements subject to the requirements of the PCA. Special attention was paid to the question of changes in the design of vehicles intended for the carriage of perishable products.

Roundtable participants left satisfied that they had the unique opportunity to ask questions directly to the representative of the competent authority, to share experience and Express their own opinions on all issues related to the implementation of legislation in the field of transport of perishable foodstuffs.

Recall that in the Russian Federation transportation of perishable cargoes by motor transport in city, suburban and long-distance message is performed in accordance with requirements of the agreement on the international carriage of perishable foodstuffs and on the special equipment to be used for such carriage signed in Geneva on 1 September 1970 (ATP).

The results of the meeting it was decided to appeal to the FBU "Rosavtotrans" a proposal for certain amendments simplifying the procedure of obtaining ATP certificates, including, with regards to vehicles, re-claimed for confirmation of their isothermal properties on the territory of the Russian Federation.
