Making an application for a tachograph card for a CIPF
Please note that according to the Order № 36 of the Ministry of Transport of Russia, to use tachographs with CPS unit is only possible on the territory of the Russian Federation.
ATTENTION! To apply for the card must be present in person CIPF person or entity.
Payment procedure - in the order of 100% payment of the account-contract from LLC "RusAvtoKart".
Form of payment - non-cash payment by invoice, contract of LLC "RuAvtoKart".
Card manufacturing period - 21 days from the date of payment and delivery of the required documents.
Documents required to apply for a driver's card for the tachograph to block CIPF:
application for issuance (replacement, upgrade) card;
black and white photo of 3x4;
a copy of the main document of identity;
copy of driver's license;
a copy of the insurance certificate of compulsory pension insurance (SNILS);
copy of the certificate of registration of an individual with a tax authority in the territory of the Russian Federation (INN);
Help from the driver's place of work (application for a driver's card), indicating the name and mailing address of the transport company;
certificate of loss or theft of the card (when the driver card is changed).
Copies of the documents MUST be certified by the employer of the driver.
Documents required to apply for a company card to the tachograph with a block CIPF:
application for issuance (replacement, upgrade) card;
main state registration number of legal entity (BIN / OGRN);
code of reason for registration (CPR);
the identification number of the legal entity of the taxpayer (individual entrepreneur) (INN);
number and date of the order appointing the head of transportation company (or a person designated by order of the head of the transport undertaking), responsible for the receipt, storage and use of the company card;
face passport specified in the order.
Documents required to apply for a workshop for tachograph card with a block CIPF:
application for issuance (replacement, upgrade) card;
main state registration number of legal entity (BIN / OGRN);
code of reason for registration (CPR);
the identification number of the legal entity of the taxpayer (individual entrepreneur) (INN);
information about Russian FSB license to perform activities provided for in paragraphs 12, 20, 21 of the list of works and services that make up the licensed activities in respect of encryption (cryptographic) means, attached to the Regulations approved by the RF Government Decree of 16 April 2012. Number 313;
number and date of the order appointing the head of transportation company (or a person designated by order of the head of the transport undertaking), responsible for the receipt, storage and use of the company card;
face passport specified in the order.
