Chairman of the government Commission instructed to develop amendments to the rules of the road in terms of the availability of paper of insurance policy with movements of the insured vehicle.
The cause of these changes was "notorious" e-insurance policy. As you know, when you buy an e-insurance policy, the car owner can print an electronic version of insurance and present it instead of the original. The car owner, of course, after making the e-CTP, maybe go to the office of the insurance company there to print the original - but this is a completely illogical situation.
Amendments to the rules of the road have to put everything in its place: the traffic police inspector will have access to the database of insurance policies CTP - AIS, and will be able to check availability of a valid insurance policy. This measure will also help to cope with the increasing number of fake policies that are simply "flooded" insurance market.
