The market circulation mark means that the products have passed the certification process and meet the requirements of all technical regulations and other regulatory documents applicable to it.
CERTIFICATION
What is meant by this word?
Certification is a confirmation of quality by an independent party - an accredited certification body. As a result of the certification the document is issued - a certificate of conformity. This document contains the name of product the applicant, manufacturer, which requirements does the product meet and what served as a basis to conclude that the product is qualitative.
MANDATORY CERTIFICATION

Compulsory certification does not apply to all kinds of product. If product is not subject to mandatory conformity assessment, the manufacturer has the right to confirm its quality in the form of voluntary certification. In such cases product is subject to the procedure of conformity to the requirements declared by its manufacturer. In the result of the work the certification body draws up a voluntary certificate of conformity.
In any case, having a certificate of conformity - compulsory or voluntary, suggests that the product has passed all the necessary tests, the requirements are met and it is qualitative.
