Declaration of products is a special kind of confirmation of the quality of products in which the manufacturer certifies that the products supplied by him comply with the requirements of regulatory documents. After holding the work on the declaration the products are marked with a market circulation mark.
WHAT YOU NEED TO DECLARE PRODUCTS
Within a framework of the Customs Union activity
In order to confirm the quality of products in the form of a declaration:
The products shall be included in the list of products subject to compulsory certification in the form of acceptance of the declaration of conformity.
The applicant collects the evidence base that the products comply with specific regulations. Responsibility for the information specified in the declaration of compliance shall be borne by the applicant.
For the declaration of conformity there are no stipulated standard forms. The declaration of conformity is issued on the A4 sheet and sealed by the applicant's organization.
Accredited certification body shall verify the applicant's material evidence and make a decision on registration of the declaration of conformity.
The declaration of conformity is the document in which the applicant confirms that its production is qualitative.

Thus, if the procedure of conformity assessment is carried out and declaration is registered, we can say that the product is of a high quality.
Declaration of Conformity has legal force equally with the certificate of conformity and is valid throughout the territory of Russia or the Customs Union.
