The Treaty of accession of Kyrgyzstan to the EEU entered into force on 12 August 2015.
According to the Protocol on transitional provisions for the application of Kyrgyzstan to the Treaty on the EEU dated may 29, 2014, TR CU 018/2011 shall enter into force for Kyrgyzstan 6 months after the entry into force of the Treaty of accession to the EEU, i.e., from 12 February 2016
