On 17.05.2004 we signed a cooperation agreement between "SATR-FUND" and "UTSEPS AT". On 30.06.2004 we signed a cooperation agreement between RC SRTS MIA and "UTSEPS AT".
All of these important events for UTSEPS AT events occurred against the background of not less important events for Russia in the security sphere of road transport:

On 12.05.2004 a notice was published about the development of special technical regulations "On the safety of wheeled vehicles and their components", "On the vehicles passed into operation, on the processes of preparation for operation of vehicles and specialized equipment used in the preparation of vehicles for operation".

On 20.07.2004 a notice was published about the development of a special technical regulations "Ecological safety of motor vehicles, introduced in operation in the Russian Federation."
